These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Customer Care India, operated by Dubai Center, for home appliance repairs across Bangalore. By scheduling a service through our website or phone, you agree to these terms in full.


1. Service Scope

Customer Care India offers doorstep repair services for the following home appliances:

  • LED TVs

  • Washing Machines

  • Microwave Ovens

  • Air Conditioners (ACs)

Services are provided only within Bangalore city limits, subject to technician availability and customer location.


2. Service Booking and Customer Obligations

  • Bookings can be made via phone or web inquiry by providing your name, contact number, address, and required service.

  • Customers must ensure accurate and truthful information is provided at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service based on weather, safety, or other technical constraints.


3. Inspection and Visit Charges

  • An inspection and technician visit fee of ₹299 is applicable for all service calls.

  • This charge is non-refundable, even if the repair is declined by the customer post-inspection.

  • Charges are applied only after your confirmation and consent.


4. Service Charges and Payments

  • Post-inspection, the customer will receive a quote for the actual repair (if any part replacement or labor is required).

  • Prices are transparent and shared before proceeding with any paid repair work.

  • Full payment must be made immediately after service completion via cash, UPI, or other available modes.


5. Warranty Terms

  • Repairs come with a limited service warranty, depending on the type of repair and part used.

  • Warranty details (duration and coverage) will be shared verbally and/or via message during the service.

  • The warranty is void if:

    • The appliance is mishandled post-repair

    • Repair by any third party occurs after our service

    • The appliance is used commercially or beyond recommended limits


6. Limitations and Liabilities

  • Customer Care India is an independent service provider and is not authorized or affiliated with any appliance brands or manufacturers.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to appliances

    • Loss of data or content from smart TVs or devices

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.


7. Data Privacy

  • We collect only basic customer information (name, phone number, address, and service required).

  • No cookies, IP tracking, or third-party tools are used on our website.

  • Data is never sold, shared, or misused under any circumstances.

8. Service Limitations

  • All services are subject to availability and technician discretion.

  • In some cases, a device may require workshop-based repair or part replacement, which may involve additional charges and time.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their booking up to 2 hours before the confirmed time.

  • Cancellation after technician dispatch may still incur the inspection fee.

  • We may reschedule or cancel bookings in case of unavoidable circumstances.

11. Governing Law
